Duties
- The Engineering & Upkeep Supervisor will probably be accountable for sustaining compliance with Security and Health requirements and all security procedures.
- Develop plant upkeep applications to attain manufacturing and high quality targets and cGMP compliance.
- Lead reliability engineering efforts to make sure steady enchancment in manufacturing reliability.
- Develop and implement measurement standards to evaluate the effectiveness of upkeep applications and value containment targets.
- Present technical management and technical assist for capital tasks, troubleshooting, MOC and steady enchancment.
- Develop and implement enhancements to upkeep administration practices.
- Will supervise plant engineering and upkeep employees together with plant engineers, mechanical integrity group, planners and upkeep tech's.
- Relocation offered. $130K-$140K.
Necessities
- The Engineering & Upkeep Supervisor may have a BS diploma with an engineering main. CMRP certification a plus.
- Earlier supervisory expertise over an engineering and/or upkeep group in a producing surroundings.
- Industrial upkeep expertise in a GMP/FDA/AIB regulated surroundings.
- Expertise in upkeep, reliability, CMMS, preventative/predictive upkeep and RCFA most well-liked.
- Expertise in CAPEX and challenge administration from idea to completion.
- Educated with course of tools, mechanical conveying tools, course of controls and tools troubleshooting.
- Should be legally eligible to work within the U.S. with out sponsorship.
