Janet Yellen says decreasing carbon emissions is ‘best financial alternative’

The shift required to decrease carbon emissions is “the one best financial alternative of the twenty first century,” Yellen stated in a speech in Belem, Brazil, after a gathering with Finance ministers from the Amazon area.
