The Problem

We’re in search of an skilled program analyst to assist lead NCDOT’s Traditionally Black Faculties and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Serving Establishments (MSI) Outreach Program that educates the general public and builds strategic alliances supporting NCDOT’s dedication to creating an inclusive and numerous workforce via engagement with HBCUs and MSIs.

 

This system focuses on recruitment, innovation, analysis and improvement, training, and engagement. By way of outreach efforts, HBCU/MSI college students and alumni acquire alternatives to work with NCDOT professionals as interns and fellows whereas the establishments can create revolutionary and cutting-edge analysis tasks supporting transportation.

 

On this position, you’ll oversee, plan, design, implement, and monitor present and new academic applications in our Workplace of HBCU/MSI Outreach.

 

What You Convey

  • Expertise working with all ranges of administration and staff, school college students, the general public, group leaders, state, federal, secondary, and post-secondary academic establishments.
  • Working information of  Title VI legal guidelines, insurance policies, and procedures.
  • Expertise in program evaluation, knowledge assortment, and analysis.
  • Pc expertise in Microsoft Workplace (Phrase, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Expertise composing written communications and presenting Information to numerous audiences.

 

Schooling and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s diploma, and
  • 3+ years of related expertise; or
  • An equal mixture of coaching and expertise.
